Our Golf Courses

THE ADDINGTON

The Addington is the latest acquisition to The Altonwood Group portfolio of which Ron Noades claimed ‘the peak of my achievements’.

In line with his wishes, a programme of continuous improvement has seen The Addington rise swiftly up the Top 100 ranking to 30th in England – of which we are extremely proud.

Visitors to the Club will tread a course which remains virtually unchanged since its construction by JF Abercromby in 1913.

GODSTONE

This full length 9 hole course in excess of 3,000 yards offers a test to all golfers and the perfect opportunity for new golfers to increase their skill and stamina.

As you would expect from an Altonwood course, the quality of the greens and fairways at Godstone are exceptional and the facilities include an indoor teaching school with state of the art simulators and golf video lessons.

Godstone is overlooked by a fine Georgian mansion for which The Altonwood Group has acquired planning permission to turn into a hotel.

SURREY NATIONAL

A popular choice with visiting societies, Surrey National is a championship course of almost 7,000 yards from the championship tees. Designed by golf architect, David Williams, the course is laid out across a valley, meandering through dramatic countryside.

Off the course, the Club has a reputation for excellent cuisine and its two functions suites, overlooking the course, are a popular choice for weddings, corporate events and large group celebrations.

WESTERHAM

The course at Westerham is possibly one of the most picturesque in the South East. Set in established forestry with extended views of the Kent North Downs, it promises golf which will remain in the memory for many years.

A par 72 course exceeding 6000 yards, it has gained the reputation of a ‘thinking man’s course’ and its reputation and superb quality and excellent practice facilities, ensures it is regularly booked throughout the year.

Westerham offers first class hospitality facilities and its beautiful events suite overlooking the course, is regularly sold out throughout the year. With a reputation for good food and first class service, Westerham has been shortlisted as a Finalist in the Kent Wedding Awards for the last two years.

WOLDINGHAM

The excellent course and facilities at Woldingham have seen its popularity increase both on and off the course.

Exceeding 6,000 yards, the par 71 course offers an idyllic setting, nestled in the Halliloo Valley in the heart of the Surrey North Downs and looks much easier than it is!

Woldingham’s stately clubhouse is surrounded by its course and provides the perfect venue for both private and corporate events, offering superb catering and exceptional service.
